I mean who is Batman actually? What's behind the mask? A hero? A criminal? Bruce Wayne? Aren't these all really just different forms of masks? And what does a mask mask if it's just another mask? Is it masks all the way down? I find these to be pertinent and revealing questions worthy of prolonged and intense discussion.

If Bruce Wayne has a multiple personality disorder could one of his personalities be a psychiatrist? If so would he be able to cure himself or would curing himself necessitate the destruction of either the Psychiatrist or the patient thereby rendering it impossible... or maybe you're supposed to kill your psychiatrist in order to become healthy... I will have to brood on that.
