Hot Discussion: Can you help me guess this movie?

I can vividly recall the movie; I just can't recall the title.

Basically, some police officer's set up a pawn shop (really a fence for stolen goods) to purchase stolen goods from the criminals of the city. They placed a camera behind a two way mirror to get the faces of the crooks, but the angle was all wrong, so they placed nude pictures around the mirror to guarantee the crooks would sit there and stare into the camera. In any event, they threw a huge party at the end of the movie and invited all of their clients (criminals of the city) to arrest them all.

I thought it was called Super Fuzz or something like that, but IMDB pulled up another film.

Can anyone help me figure out the title? I want to go get it and watch it for grins. I'm sure it is horrible, but I still want to check it out.

Oh, I'm guessing it was an early 80s movie, my guess would be 1982, but could be completely off.

Super Fuzz was my favorite movie as a kid.
