thankfully, the US seems to have avoided a recession, at least so far. The latest quarter's numbers indicate weak growth - but growth nonetheless.

It seems as though we may have achieved the vaunted "soft landing" people have hoped for.

It's not a good sign though. 0.9% growth is pretty much terrible.

I never had a head for investment. I guess I was right. Yay for me and my broke @zz! You won't see me jumping out of any buildings when my portfolio crashes and burns.

Spiders have much more conscience than our current leaders, so it will be a step up.
