Psi-Ops: The Mindgate Conspiracy is fascinating!!!

Total fun. The graphics are OK but the gameplay is a 10. Telekinesis, mind drain, and mind control was never so fun. Great rental.

Good to great story. Pretty linear.

I would recommend a rental due to no online and not much of a co-op. Probably the most fun I've had game playing this year.

TheBomb69 Sounds like fun! I'll give it a rental once I get Front Mission 4 and Riddick out of the way.

Just wanted to appeal to those on the fence. This game is so much more fun than it looks, and the marketing muscle of Riddick, Driv3r, and Spider-Man 2 may have you looking the other way. On the outside, Psi-Ops couldn't be more a more generic-looking title that inspires the same level of interest as a bowl of corn flakes (yet another game with the "Ops" suffix). Inside is a wealth of combat options and delicious physics. Will you torch your enemies with a wall of fire? Will you then use their flaming corpse as an incediary projectile? Maybe you'll just take over their mind and walk them into industrial machinery. Or maybe you'll make them kill their own men before turning the gun on themselves. I could torment these soldiers forever.

The linear nature of this game and moderate difficulty may only warrant a rental for many, but I'm thoroughly pleased with a purchase. I feel like I could pick it up any time just to screw around.

I dig throwing soldiers around the room.

Very cool game and I totally agree that on the surface it appears to be a generic action game. Excellent graphics and cut scenes, fun gameplay, good learning curve, and quite original.

Damnit, there are 3 games I want to buy now: Driver 3, Riddick: Escape from Butcher's Bay, and Psi-Ops.

That sums it up in so many words. The Driving is fantastic, the storyline is great (even though a lot of the actors are wasted/underutilized), but the on-foot controls and A.I. are horrific.

And this is coming from a guy that loves and still owns The Getaway.


Its awesome making their heads pop scanners style, and you take over one soldier with a shotgun and he can clear an area np. So much fun and so many fun way to take enemies out.

Also Escape from Butcher's Bay was an awesome game its one that truly lives up to the promotions that are flying everywhere. SOoo much better then the movie.

Got this off Gamefly the other day for Xbox and am having a good bit of fun with it. Cool little game.

I'm with you guys, this game is a real gem, and you never would have guessed(by the way, i like corn flakes). I've been having a great time messing with all the troops.
