Kar-demir was founded in denizli in 1969 as karalp family manufacturing. Kar-demir, specializes in the manufacture of hot rolled merchant bars such as equal angles, flat and square bars, as well as ipn, upn and t-bars.
Kardemir established the second mill on 50.000 square meters area with the latest technology in Izmir coast by nemrut bay. The premises now operate a rather high production capacity of 250.000 mtons annually.
Kar-demir products are manufactured in compliance with especially din and ASTM standards and also british and en standards. The quality of our products is approved and certified by turkish standards institute(tse, ts-en-iso-9001 ) and can be inspected according to your inquiry by international surveillance companies as sgs, cotecna, a/S danish, etc.
One of our companies, kar-el( founded at Izmir in 2001 ), is manufacturing several types of cold drawn wires as black& bright annealed, oil tempered, copper-plated, etc. Cold rolled straightened round bars as deformed and plain and elecro galvanized wire. The total production capacity of kar-el is 30.000 mtons per year.
Kardemir realizes exportation for 10 years and today to more than 40 countries.
