this is the highlight of my day . Enjoy.

Well excuuuuuuse me, Princess!

Ah, I love that show. Thanks for the link. I'll watch that tomorrow maybe when I have a little more time.

DIC just released more DVDs:
Mario Bros
The Legend of Zelda
Sonic Underground

I bought all 3 the other day at Fry's for $6.99 each...they have about 5 or 6 episodes on each.

*Climaxes repeatedly*

You can easily access the Mario cartoons from this page... http://tv.yahooligans.yahoo.com

This is Madness!!! MADNESS!!!

I had forgotten just how anime-ish The Littles looked, two whole decades before Totally Spies (yes, I know that's French) or the new Teen Titans cartoon somewhat adapted the look for a western audience, but it was animated for DiC by Tokyo Movie Shinsha (TMS) for American television.

By the way, I found another site that gives you the gist of the Zelda cartoon, if you don't feel like watching a whole episode.

Ah, memories of the past are coming back. Good days, good days. Muchos Gracias for the link, mister Driver.

LOL!!! HAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHA!!!

Why is Link so cocky!?!?!
And lecherous?!

Nice powder blue night shirt, buddy!

The art isn't too bad though.

Well these bring back lots of memories. I remember when my local channel gave these shows the 5:30 am time slot, and me in my early insomniac days, actually watching them.

just watched my Mario Bros 3 DVD yesterday...LOL...I love how the character's colors change from clip to clip in the old days...This is a must buy if no one picked it up yet...I was laughing like crazy especially b/c each episode has a song going on during the fight scenes sung by the koopa kids. Good stuff.

Here's what I wrote in my blog about the beginning of that Zelda episode:
The Legend of Zelda, which showed up on the aforementioned Super Mario Brothers Super Show every Friday, if I remember correctly, and is worth watching if just to make a drinking game out of every time Link said "Well, excuse me, princess!", which he pronounced, "Well, ex-cyuuuuuuuu-ssseeee me, princess!" I like how, in the default episode, Link gets out of bed, not wearing pants, and he does a pretty little curtsy, and then his weapon grows powerful, and he starts shooting stuff out of his sword in three big spurts, and says, "That's how I like to start a morning!" Umm-hmm, I'm sure it is! I don't think that's a bad way to start a morning either!
